Arsenal and Juventus have both made offers for Paulo Dybala, according to Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini.

Interest in Argentine striker Dybala is reportedly high, with five clubs said to be monitoring his situation. The 21-year-old has scored 12 goals in 28 Serie A appearances this season, while also recording seven assists.

Zamparini told Radio Marte Sport: "Juventus and Arsenal have already made offers for the boy. [Pierpaolo] Triulzi, his agent, will be in Italy on Friday."

The Palermo chief reiterated that Dybala will not be allowed to leave Palermo for less than €40 million.

Zamparini added: "It hasn't changed. Someone like Dybala cannot be worth less than €40 million. He would prefer to stay in Italy - he still wants to play in Serie A.

"Of the English clubs that have shown interest, though, Arsenal is his first choice because of the way [Arsene] Wenger makes his team play."
