Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor insists he is happy at the club - and says his bust-up with boss Roberto Mancini proves how committed he is to the Eastlands' cause.

Adebayor, 26, scored all of City's goals as they beat Lech Poznan 3-1 in the Europa League on Thursday, but has often been left on the bench by Mancini - making just three starts in all competitons so far this season.

His inability to command a regular place in the Italian's first XI has led to dressing-room rows with his manager, and many have suggested that he could be set to leave the club in January,

But, as Adebayor prepares to face former club Arsenal on Sunday, he insists he is happy to fight for his place and has no regrets over his £25 million move from the Gunners in July 2009.

"I am committed to the club and the fight to win things and the fans should know that," Adebayor told the Sun. "I have had a row with the manager and so has Carlo Tevez. The reason we row is we are all so passionate.

"We just want to be part of a successful club. It's not about money or egos. It's because we all want what is best for the team. These disagreements show we care.

"We have a shout, then get on with it. I think it's good. It shows we are hungry for success. It has been a difficult season for me. But I have never regretted my decision to come to City and will keep fighting for my chance.''
