David Haye's promoter Adam Booth has challenged the Klitschko camp to enter into public negotiations so that fans can witness who is standing in the way of a blockbuster heavyweight showdown.

Haye has repeatedly claimed that the Klitschkos are avoiding a fight with the WBA champion, insisting they are stalling financial negotiations. The Ukrainian pair have argued a different story in reply, labelling Haye a "little duck" and a "chicken".

After his demolition job of Audley Harrison in Manchester, Haye promised he would fight one of the Klitschkos in 2011, but Booth revealed there are obstacles to clear before negotiations can take place.

"David has a mandatory WBA challenger that he has to oblige (Ruslan Chagaev)," Booth told Sky Sports. "Wladimir has a fight on December 11 with some guy from England (Dereck Chisora), and Vitali has to fight the winner of Ray Austin and Odlanier Solis who are boxing in a title eliminator.

"So as it stands, all three of them have a situation that needs to be discussed with governing bodies and with each other before we even get to the stage of negotiating the fight."

The likelihood is that the Hayemaker camp will look to bypass the mandatory challenge of Chagaev, but Booth still anticipates resistance by the Klitschkos. In order to resolve the endless sessions of claim and counter-claim, he challenged them to sit around a negotiating table made accessible to the public.

"Make no mistake, David desperately wants to fight a Klitschko. Whatever route we go now, we promise we will make that fight happen," he said. "We will do public negotiations, we will let everybody see what is being discussed. I'd like to see if the other side agree to that."
