John Terry has fired a warning to title rivals Manchester United, with the Chelsea captain insisting the Blues will not give up without a fight.

Chelsea lost their grip on United's coattails on account of a dire run of form, but they snapped a winless run on the road that stretched back to October with a 4-0 win at Bolton.

The Blues looked a far more fluent unit at Bolton and Terry feels that with two games to play against United, Chelsea are focused on defending their Premier League title.

When asked if United should be worried, Terry replied: "I think so.

"In the past we have never given up," he added on Sky Sports. "Manchester United are playing well at the moment and getting the right results, they are getting a little bit of luck as well and maybe that will turn.

"We have still got to play them twice and if we win those two games we are right back in it."
