Frank Lampard has told his Chelsea team-mates that they must win their remaining fixtures to have any chance of retaining the Premier League title.

The Blues have 13 games left to overhaul their 13-point deficit to leaders Manchester United, starting with a clash at Craven Cottage on Monday.

Although Chelsea still have to face Manchester United on two occasions, on top of matches against Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, Lampard is confident that they can maintain a 100% record during the run-in.

"We know we can get back into the picture," he said. "It will take a huge effort because we need to win all our games and hope other clubs slip up.

"We can't afford to think about United too much. Our aim is to get a run of wins together so that we can close the gap before we play them.

"It will only swing our way if we can get it down to around six points before we play them."

Chelsea are due to play host to the Red Devils on 1st March and will go to Old Trafford on 7th May.
