Everton manager David Moyes has admitted he expects to be without striker Louis Saha for their FA Cup fourth-round replay against Chelsea on Saturday, while there are also serious doubts over Jack Rodwell's fitness.

Saha missed last Sunday's loss at Bolton with a hamstring strain and is still a few days away from returning to training. Rodwell has made a faster recovery than expected from a groin injury but the trip to Stamford Bridge comes too soon for the England midifelder.

"I don't think Louis Saha has a chance [of being fit]," Moyes told Sky Sports. "We've said at the time it will be 10-14 days and we're sticking by that, I think that will be the case. Jack Rodwell's done great, he's made great strides to be fit but I think it will come too quickly for him but he's done well and hopefully he'll be available next week."

With a Champions League tie away to FC Copenhagen coming three days after the cup clash for Chelsea, Moyes has suggested Carlo Ancelotti's side may have more than one eye on their European programme.

"You can see the quality from most of the games poeple have seen this week," he said. "Chelsea will want to be in there with those teams, certainly wanting to get to the final stages. I'm hoping that they've got that in mind and hoping that they are thinking about that more than my game."
