No surgery necessary for Djourou

Arsenal defender Johan Djourou will not require surgery on his shoulder injury, but will be out of action for at least a month.
Djourou, who dislocated his shoulder in a colision with team-mate Bacary Sagna in Arsenal's FA Cup defeat to Manchester United, had exploratory surgery on his shoulder.
Arsene Wenger initially feared that the Switzerland international would be out of action for the rest of the season, but the club have confirmed that reconstructive surgery will not be necessary.
A statement on the official Arsenal website read: "The club can confirm the positive news that there isn't a need for reconstructive surgery and he will now begin a period of rehabilitation on the shoulder before returning to training in around a month."
Djourou joined fellow centre-back Thomas Vermaelen on the Arsenal injury list, leaving Sebastian Squillaci to partner Laurent Koscielny in defence. Vermaelen will play no further part in the Gunners' title bid after struggling with an Achilles injury, but Djourou could yet return before the end of the season.
