Neymar has admitted he views Chelsea as a dream move, despite confirming he snubbed an approach from Stamford Bridge last summer.

The Santos striker is one of the hottest properties in world football and in all probability added a few pounds to his valuation with a starring display in Brazil's win over Scotland at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

Neymar claims to be content with life at Santos, having recently signed a new contract, but he has his sights trained on a move to the Premier League and Chelsea in particular.

"Chelsea is a great club," Neymar told Sky Sports News. "It is a dream of every player to play at Chelsea and if one day it happens I will be delighted to come."

Chelsea signed Fernando Torres in January and he is the future of the Blues' attacking power, but the Spaniard may not have been on their radar had they succeeded in a bid for Neymar last summer.

"When the moment comes we will sit with my family and think about our options," Neymar said of any potential offers. "Last year when Chelsea came we sat together and we felt it was not the right time. If it happens this year, we will sit down again and discuss it."
