Pantsil sees 'no future' at Fulham

John Pantsil has resigned himself to leaving Fulham at the end of the season, seeing "no future" at the Premier League club.
The Ghana international, a popular figure with the fans, has fallen out of favour with manager Mark Hughes, who has often preferred the likes of Chris Baird and Carlos Salcido in the Fulham backline.
Pantsil has also been guilty of a few important mistakes - including an own goal against Aston Villa last month, having made a similar error against Liverpool in January - and has now admitted that he expects to be told to pursue his career away from Craven Cottage in the summer.
"I haven't spoken about it before but there is no future for me at Fulham," Pantsil said. "I know my agent is working hard to resolve the situation.
"It has been a difficult season for me. I have made mistakes and I will be the first to admit [it] but to go from a first-team member to having to watch the game from the stands has been difficult to take."
Pantsil has made 16 Premier League appearances for the club this season.
