Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart enjoyed the triumphant celebrations at Wembley after his side defeated Manchester United in their FA Cup semi-final - but there was a word of caution from the England international alongside the joy.

Hart was quick to note that City still have one more game to win before they have actually achieved anything of real note, although he conceded it was still a massive confidence boost to beat their arch-rivals.

"It means the world, just look at us,'' said Hart after a match. "The boys are over the moon, the fans are over the moon and the staff are over the moon but we've won nothing yet.

"We've done nothing yet but we've got got ourselves in a good position in the league and in the final and I'm so happy for the people here.''

Yaya Toure scored the only goal of the game after capitalising on an error inside his own half from Michael Carrick, and Hart revealed the Ivorian had shown signs during the interval that he was going to have a major impact on proceedings.

"It was a fantastic goal, he was fired up at half-time," he noted. "He's an emotional guy and he lets his emotion show on the pitch.''

Hero Toure echoed his goalkeeper's sentiments, saying he believes this is the year the club will end their long-running trophy drought.

"I am very happy," he said. "We have beaten our big rivals, which is fantastic and we are going to enjoy it.

"I am really happy for the fans. They have been waiting 35 years for a trophy. It is a long time.

"I think this is going to be the year for Manchester City. But it is not finished. We have to take a second step.

"I am not bothered about who we play. They both have enough quality to win the FA Cup but we will be very hard to beat."

He dedicated his winning goal to brother Kolo, who is currently suspended from the game after failing a drugs test.

"I am very sad for him at this moment in time," Yaya added. "He is a professional player and he wants to play.

"People make mistakes sometimes. It is part of life. It is part of sport. Mentally, he is a strong guy. He is the most important person in my life.

"Every time I speak with him he helps me. I dedicate this win to him and the fans."
