Relegation won't ruin Hammers' stadium plans

West Ham insist that relegation will not scupper plans to take over the Olympic Stadium.
The Hammers beat rivals Tottenham in the bid to take ownership of the stadium following London 2012.
With the Hammers rooted to the bottom of the Premier League, four points from safety with two matches remaining, the club are bracing for life in the Championship next season.
Co-owner David Sullivan recently admitted the club were in a "worse financial position than any other in the country", but despite the financial setback relegation would bring, vice-chairman Karren Brady insists the club remain fully committed to the new stadium.
"It is important to reiterate our commitment, financial or otherwise, to the stadium move," Brady said.
"We are totally committed to the move to the Olympic Stadium. We have always said the move is not solely dependent on our league status.
"Whatever division we are in, David Sullivan and David Gold have guaranteed the club will meet all its financial commitments."
