Hiddink claims dual role 'impossible'

Just a couple of days after opening the door to potentially taking on a dual role at Chelsea with his duties as Turkey boss, Guus Hiddink has insisted he would find it "impossible" to juggle jobs.
Hiddink is believed to be top of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's list to succeed Carlo Ancelotti. The Dutchman has not commented directly on talk of a return to Stamford Bridge, where he had a spell in charge in 2009, but reports have suggested he could take on a dual role as soon as this summer.
As well as combining his position at Chelsea with his job with Russia, he undertook a similar dual role with Australia and PSV Eindhoven, but Hiddink has insisted it would be impossible to do it now.
"I talk with the president a lot about our futures and when I give an answer about this, then I'm answering already as if something is going on," he said. "But it's not going on.
"What I did in the past was a double function, but that was exceptional. It is impossible. I need to focus on one job."
Hiddink is preparing Turkey for a crunch Euro 2012 qualifier with Belgium. Defeat would leave them with a mountain to climb in order to qualfy, but he is not looking beyond his current job.
"I made a contract with the federation president," he said. "There are no conditions that someone could do two jobs. I did it in the past because there was, let's say, a strong connection between myself and my employers at the time.
"It's not useful to talk about my future, because this team are in transition. They must go on. My future is more in the past.
"There is no single other approach. I can spend one or two hours reacting to the speculation, but that's not worth it. If you ask the Turkey players, we don't talk about it."
