French winger Yoann Huget has been hit with an extra one month ban for having missed three doping controls during the 2010-11 season.

The 24-year-old was suspended for three months by the French Rugby Federation (FFR) for breaking dope testing rules regarding his whereabouts and, as a result , missed the World Cup. The FFR state that a player must let officials know of their whereabouts so that drugs tests can be carried out.

And following his hearing last week, the French Anti-Doping Agency (AFLD) have opted to hand Huget a further one month ban stating that the lenient sentence was due to the fact that he missed out on the World Cup.

Bayonne are currently struggling in the Top 14 and Huget has only turned out for them three times since the start of the current campaign. The side, currently in eleventh, face a key clash against Castres on Friday.
