Clermont Auvergne are interested in bringing All Blacks centre Ma'a Nonu to the Top 14, according to reports.

L'Equipe claims the Top 14 giants are keen to bolster their resources in the centres and have earmarked the experienced bulldozing No.12 as the right man. Nonu is currently without a contract with his deal at the Highlanders finishing at the end of last season.

He has been linked with a move to Japan but Clermont are no strangers to bringing big name Kiwis to France. They currently have former All Blacks winger Sitiveni Sivivatu in their ranks as well as Mike Delany, Benson Stanley and Regan King.
