France lock Romain Millo-Chlusky could miss the entire Six Nations the after dislocating his right shoulder in Toulouse's Top 14 match with Lyon.

The 28-year-old, who was named in France's training squad for the Six Nations on Thursday, suffered the injury just seven minutes after coming off the bench in Toulouse's resounding 51-10 victory at the Stade Ernest Wallon on Saturday. The second-row went to hospital for tests but is likely to be sidelined for three to four months.

Toulouse flanker Yannick Nyanga commented: "I immediately realised it was serious, it is really a terrible blow to him".

Toulouse head coach Guy Noves added: "We had real difficulty in putting his shoulder back into its socket. For him, the rest of the season is compromised and his eventual participation in the Six Nations is a long shot."
