Italy have made three changes for their Six Nations match against France on Sunday.

Sergio Parisse will win a record 112th cap and he will start alongside Samuela Vunisa and Francesco Minto in their back-row. In the backs, Leonardo Sarto replaces Michele Visentin while Andrea Masi is handed the No.12 shirt in place of Enrico Bacchin.
