France make four changes for Dublin game
October 20, 1999

France have recalled veteran scrum half Fabien Galthie for their quarter final against either Ireland or Argentina on Sunday.
He is one of four changes from the side that started against Fiji, two of which are forced by the suspension of Fabien Pelous and Christian Califano.
Oliver Brouzet replaces Pelous in the second row while Cedric Soulette is brought in to prop.
Galthie, who only joined the squad as a replacement for Pierre Mignoni last week, replaces Stephane Castaignede, who had a poor game against the Fijians.
Full back Ugo Mola has also been dropped after that match, his place going to Xavier Garbajosa, who has won his pervious nine caps as a wing.
