France are confident that full-back Xavier Garbajosa will be fit for Sunday's semi-final clash with New Zealand at Twickenham.
The Toulouse player, who was successfully converted from the wing to full-back for last weekend's quarter-final win over Argentina in Dublin, has been doubtful after straining his right ankle in training.
However he took a full part in Saturday's hour long training session and is now confident of making the game on Sunday.
"Everything went well," said France manager Jo Maso. However Ugo Mola, the man he replace at number 15 is on stand-by should Garbajosa have any adverse overnight reaction.
