Toulouse and France star Thierry Dusautoir could be set for a move to the Aviva Premiership come the end of the season.

Dusautoir, who has 67 caps for France, has been linked with a move to Leicester and has revealed he has held discussions with some teams in the Premiership.

"The English league is something that has always appealed to me, but nothing is set in stone over my future," Dusautoir said. "There has of course been contact with clubs, but nothing has been decided."

For Dusautoir, his immediate focus will be on the autumn internationals where France face Fiji, Australia and Argentina. He wants his team to put down a marker ahead of the World Cup.

"It is clear that the target of the French team at the end of this finishing straight will be the World Cup," Dusautoir said. "Over the past two years the results have not been satisfying and we are conscious that we are behind in comparison to the southern hemisphere countries.

"We will continue to look for answers, notably in attack. When you're captain, you are always affected by the team's results. When we lose obviously you feel responsible, you search for reasons as to why it happened. But there's also no point in torturing yourself over it, it's more important to think of your team-mates and rebuild their confidence."
