No crisis - but red faces -at Munster over leaked report

Munster say there is no "crisis" at the club after a document was wrongly sent to the entire playing staff detailing the management's thoughts on the players.

According to the Sunday Independent, the report was wrongly attached to an email containing the weekly schedule and it contained a colour-coded scheme detailing the coaches' thoughts on the players and whether they were first or second choice.

The newspaper said one player was described as "mentally weak" and another on "a gravy train".

Munster denied the claims and insisted there was no unrest in the squad, with a senior source telling the newspaper: "It was an attachment to a weekly schedule and it was not supposed to go out.

"But it's not a crisis or anything like it. The senior players met to talk about it, and, yes, it might have been hurtful to one or two players, but we've moved on.

"We've spoken to the players, and the vast majority have accepted it was a mistake and have put it behind us. In no way did it have any negative effect on the way we played last night [when they beat London Irish 17-15]. Maybe the opposite in that they pulled together."
