Saracens' Owen Farrell and Northampton Saints' Ben Foden have both targeted Heineken Cup glory next season prior to Tuesday's Pool stage draw.
Northampton were last season's Heineken Cup runners' up while Saracens failed to progress from their tough group, but were later crowned Aviva Premiership champions.
"This club can be what it wants to be," Farrell, who is set to spearhead England at the Junior World Championship, said. "We have created something special and this is the start of it.
"We want to go far in the Heineken Cup and we want to be in the Premiership final every year."
Saracens have added Sale and England fly-half Charlie Hodgson to their ranks and hope to build on their Premiership success.
Despite Northampton's final heart-break against Leinster, England fullback Foden has backed his side to go one further next term.
"We are a good enough team to go away and build from it," he said. "We have shown we can compete with some of the best teams in Europe. I think we are a good enough side to rebuild and make sure we are there or thereabouts again next season."
Champions Leinster will find themselves first out of the hat followed by fellow top seeds Toulouse, Munster, Cardiff Blues, Biarritz and Leinster.
Northampton, however, miss out on a top seed by one ranking point and are grouped with Clermont Auvergne, Ospreys, Bath, Harlequins and London Irish. Saracens find themselves in Tier three along with fellow Premiership contenders Gloucester .
