London Irish boss Toby Booth is looking to recruit two more players before the start of the 2011-12 Aviva Premiership season after losing a host of well-known names during the summer.

Booth's squad will have a different look for the 2011-12 season with the London Irish faithful having to adjust to life without crowd favourites England flanker Steffon Armitage, influential Samoan centre Seilala Mapusua and No.8 George Stowers. In total, the Exiles saw 15 players depart through their gates over the summer. And Booth now insists there is no need to "panic" and will look to recruit two more players.

"We're not going to panic, we've good quality players coming in," Booth said, talking to BBC Berkshire. "Kieran Low looks exceptionally good and Jamie Gibson can do what Steffon did. It's not about replacing like for like, you just have to adjust.

"We need a couple more people to come in of good quality. I want at least one more international player and we probably need another ball carrier or back rower. Sometimes you have to make adjustments, if you want to create a balance in your squad to sustain an output, so hopefully whatever we've lost in attack we gain defensively."

London Irish have recruited ten new faces for the 2011-12 season with notable signings including England centre Shontayne Hape, Scottish international Joe Ansbro and experienced fly-half Adrian Jarvis. London Irish open their Premiership campaign against Harlequins on September 3 live on ESPN.
