Connacht's Jack Carty ruptures spleen on Dubai water slide

Connacht's Jack Carty faces a spell on the sidelines after rupturing his spleen while on a water slide.

Carty was on holiday in Dubai when he suffered what Connacht refer to as an "unfortunate accident" which has required him to have his spleen removed. He will now spend another week in hospital in Dubai and faces one to three months out.

In better news for Connacht, Matt Healy, Jason Harris-Wright and JP Cooney are all available for their match against the Dragons on Thursday.
