All Blacks backs Richard Kahui and Israel Dagg are struggling to be fit for next Sunday's clash with Canada.

Both players suffered injuries during Saturday's 37-17 victory over France, with Kahui limping out of the game with a tweaked hamstring and haematoma on his thigh and Dagg also suffering from a haematoma. In further setbacks for the All Blacks winger Cory Jane retired from the game after a blow to the head while back-rower Adam Thomson rolled his ankle.

It is unclear how long each player will be out for but they could all be doubtful for the All Blacks' final Pool clash against Canada a week on Sunday.
