Healy ruled out of Ireland A clash
February 20, 2008

Prop Cian Healy has been ruled out of Ireland A's clash with Scotland A this Friday in Perth, Scotland.

Healy picked up a minor neck strain in training with the Ireland senior squad yesterday, but despite being able to finish the session, his neck has stiffened up overnight and as a precaution he has been withdrawn from the A team.

Munster prop Darragh Hurley has replaced Healy and will go straight into the team at loosehead.

The replacement hooker position will be determined following a disciplinary hearing due to take place tonight regarding a citing against Connacht Hooker Adrian Flavin.

If Flavin is ruled out, John Fogarty will be named in the squad.
