Profile

The abrasive back-rower has enjoyed a strong career with Munster since joining the Irish province in 2006. He captained the side to their historic win over Australia in November 2010. That season he started the Magners League Grand Final at No.8 as Munster beat their rivals Leinster and won their player of the year award. He missed much of the 2011/12 season through injury but returned to be named in Ireland's squad to face the Barbarians that summer.
