All Blacks to play in Japan

The All Blacks will play a warm-up game in Japan against a Pacific Barbarians side on their way to France and Italy in November, New Zealand Rugby Football Union (NZRFU) chief executive David Rutherford said Friday.

They will play a one-off game against the selection side at Tokyo's Prince Chichibu Memorial Ground on November 3, he said.

The Barbarians are expected to include a number of former New Zealand players based in Japan. Some proceeds from the match will be donated to UNICEF by the New Zealand and Japanese rugby unions.

The All Blacks travel to France on November 4 where they will play two tests against France on November 11 and 18, followed by a test against Italy on November 25.

The All Blacks' full itinerary is as follows :

November 3 v Pacific Rim Barbarians, Prince Chichibu Memorial Ground, Tokyo.

November 7 New Zealand selection v France A or Barbarians, Stade Felix Bollaert, Lens 8pm (local time).

November 11 v France, Stade de France, Paris 8.45pm.

November 18 v France, Stade Velodrome, Marseilles 8.15pm.

November 25 v Italy, Genoa (time to be confirmed).
