Australia 24-20 South Africa (Australia only)

The ability of Wallabies full-back Israel Folau to produce a full 80-minute performance enabled him to take an early lead in The Growden Medal for Australia's best Test player in 2015.

Folau was outstanding under the high ball and produced several important attacking surges to help the Wallabies secure a tight four-point win over the Springboks at Suncorp Stadium.

Michael Hooper was the standout Australia forward, while Nick Phipps and Matt Toomua were excellent in properly directing the Wallabies attack when they came on in the second half.

Hooper won the medal in 2014, ahead of Folau and James Slipper.

Australia v South Africa (Brisbane)

8: Israel Folau 7.5: Michael Hooper 7: Nick Phipps, Matt Toomua, Adam Ashley-Cooper.
