Sebastian Vettel came out of a post-race stewards' enquiry unpunished after winning Sunday's Malaysian Grand Prix.

He was summoned by the stewards after the Sepang race after he passed Lotus' Jarno Trulli while yellow flags were waving. The stewards' report said Vettel "did breach ... the international sporting code" but ruled against levelling any sort of penalty on the Red Bull driver.

The panel, including former grand prix winner Johnny Herbert, said Vettel slowed down in the yellow flag area, and noted that Trulli at the time had "an obvious problem".
