Mercedes executive director Toto Wolff says the team "cannot do any more" ahead of its appearance in front of the FIA's International Tribunal.

Both Mercedes and Pirelli will face the tribunal in Paris on Thursday as the FIA investigates whether they broke the regulations by carrying out a tyre test with a 2013 car in Spain last month. It's the first time the International Tribunal has been used for such a case, with a number of severe punishments potentially available to the FIA if it finds Mercedes guilty of breaching regulations.

Wolff told Welt am Sonntag that Mercedes was fully prepared for the tribunal but had no expectations of what might happen.

"We have prepared our documents more we cannot do any more," Wolff said. "On Thursday the judgment comes, we'll see if we can live with it. We have no feelings, neither a positive nor a negative. Our belief is that we have done nothing wrong.

"There is no specific target result with which we go to Paris, nor do we say that it necessarily has to be an acquittal. There is no judgement that we are expecting."
