Counties Manukau No.8 Fritz Lee is free to play in the Ranfurly Shield challenge against Hawke's Bay after he was issued an off-field yellow card following a judicial hearing on Friday.

Lee was cited for a dangerous tackle on Auckland openside flanker Sean Polwart early in the first half of Counties Manukau's ITM Cup match against Auckland on Wednesday, but judicial officer Chris Morris found the tackle to be at the lower end of the scale of offending and not worth of suspension.
