Wallabies Jesse Mogg and Scott Fardy are the latest Brumbies to re-sign with the Australian Super Rugby conference leaders, the pair each agreeing a two-year deal to the end of 2016.

The Brumbies announced last week they had re-signed Nic White, Matt Toomua and Christian Lealiifano, the all-Wallabies inside back trio joining Test team-mates Ben Alexander, Stephen Moore, David Pocock and Pat McCabe as confirmed Brumbies players for next season.

Mogg said he was relishing the opportunity to keep improving his game under the coaching of Wallabies great Stephen Larkham.

"I've spent the last three years coming to this point, where I feel like I am consistently adding to the team and improving," Mogg said. "I think a lot of that comes down to the coaching staff, particularly Steve Larkham, who has had a big impact on my career to this point."

Fardy enjoyed a breakthrough season last year and went on to become a fixture in the Wallabies back-row.

"It took me a long time to be given a genuine opportunity at this level and I feel like I've made consistent improvements since then," Fardy said. "Over the next couple of years I've got a chance to improve my game further and I believe the best place for me to achieve that growth is in Canberra with the Brumbies.

"I'm 30 this year, so I'd like to think me staying for two more years shows that the game isn't up in Australia as soon as you get past 25. Plenty of people will tell you it's a given that after then you'll head overseas but I'm hoping to challenge that idea.

"[Forwards coach] Laurie [Fisher] is probably the best fit for me of any coach around the world. He is right across all the things that set me apart as a player and I can't imagine having made these gains without his coaching."

Wallabies coach Ewen McKenzie congratulated Fardy and Mogg on their contracts.

"Scott and Jesse have experienced significantly different journeys on their way to earning Test selection, but both played a key part within the Wallabies squad at various points last year," McKenzie said. "Scott has been a revelation since returning to Australia a few years ago, and a lot of hard work has gone into the success he's had at both a provincial and Test level.

"It has been a meteoric rise for Jesse after debuting for the Brumbies in 2012. He boasts a unique skill-set and there's no doubting he will continue to improve as a player as he gains more experience over the next few years."
