Gareth Anscombe, son of ex-Ulster coach Mark Anscombe, has lashed out his father's former employers labelling them "clowns".

Mark Anscombe was dispatched by Ulster on Monday, just five months after he was handed a new one-year contract. The decision caused Gareth, who has been strongly linked with a move to Wales, to make his feelings clear on Twitter.

Ireland coach Les Kiss will take temporary control of Ulster, starting on July 19, while the province looks for a permanent successor with both Jake White and Sir Graham Henry linked to the post.
