Bernard Foley reminded all of his ability to control important matches- so crucial in a World Cup tournament year- against the Hurricanes on Saturday, helping the Waratahs to their best win of the season. Foley was the standout Australian player of round ten, with his eight votes enabling him to move within touch of the medal leaders.

Reds and Wallabies scrumhalf Will Genia has taken over the lead after being a major influence in the struggling province being victorious over the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein. While countless other Reds players have struggled to find any semblance of form, Genia has constantly put in.

The Australian try of the round goes to Rebels winger Sefanaia Naivalu, which followed a smart charge from the scrumbase by the team's form No 9 Nic Stirzaker.
