Thorn to start at no8 for Crusaders

Crusaders coach Robbie Deans has made some significant changes in his side for Friday evening's clash with the Blues at Auckland's Eden Park.

New Zealand-born Australian rugby league convert Brad Thorn gets his first start of the competition to set up a mouth-watering confrontation with 2000 Crusader, All Black no 8 Ron Cribb.

Other changes see a return after injury for full back Leon McDonald and prop Greg Feek.
