Team GB drawn with Uruguay for Olympic football

Team GB's men's football team have been drawn against Uruguay, UAE and Senegal at London 2012.
At the draw in London on Tuesday, Stuart Pearce's side were handed their three group stage opponents in the 16-team tournament - with the hosts due to start their campaign against Senegal in Manchester on July 26.
The first visit to Wembley Stadium for the home side will be against the United Arab Emirates three days later, before the group phase is concluded against Uruguay in Cardiff on August 1.
The Olympic men's football tournament is an under-23 event, with three over-aged players allowed in each squad. Two sides progress from each four-team group.
"I am looking forward to this summer's footballing events," Pearce, who is also in the running to lead the senior team to the European Championships, said. "I wouldn't dismiss anyone in the group or anyone coming here.
"Over-aged players can contribute to a top side - it's going to be tough, but it always is at this level. [Our squad] is going to be picked on merit, as it always should be."
Meanwhile, in the women's event Hope Powell's Team GB face a potentially tricky group alongside Brazil, Cameroon and New Zealand. The side kick off the tournament against the All Whites on July 25 in Cardiff. World Cup holders Japan are in Group F alongside Canada, Sweden and South Africa. They are no restrictions on the women's squads.
"Undoubtedly the tough team in the group is Brazil," Powell said. "But we know who we are up against now so it's all about preparation. We can't take it too lightly. We've never experienced Cameroon before so they'll be an unknown quantity."
