Ohuruogu to work with Bolt

Christine Ohuruogu will begin her rebuilding plans for the 2012 Olympic Games by heading to Jamaica next year to train with sprint sensation Usain Bolt.
Ohuruogu claimed 400 metre gold for Britain in Beijing in 2008, but injury problems have plagued her in the two years since her victory in China.
The 26-year-old is aware of the need to start from scratch and feels the intense nature of the training regime in Jamaica can only aid her cause.
"In my head I have put it [victory in Beijing] in a cupboard, started from scratch and started building myself up again," Ohuruogu told the Daily Telegraph.
Looking ahead to her work with Bolt's coach Glen Mills, she said: "It's very hard. They [the training sessions] are pretty intense. I was training two times a day last year but they were killing the sessions. Mentally, I was having to work hard to stay with the group.
"But it's nice to be away and nice to be around that calibre of athletes. I train by myself at home. I like it but every now and again it is good to have company to measure yourself against.
"Every year is important but next year is more important because it is leading to 2012. This year is all about the World Championships. If I need five races to prepare or two races, that's what I'll have."
