Hi I'm Tom and I'll be doing the commentary for the England v Argentina match from Old Trafford. England have played here once before in an international and lost against the All Blacks in 1997. The away side - which is technically England - will be wanting to win here after last Saturday's defeat against the Barbarians at Twickenham. This is the first of two games in this series and Argentina will go into the game with some confidence under their new regime. When the sides last met Argentina pulled off a famous victory in 2006 at Twickenham.

Hernandez starts with a fantastic kick into the England five-metre line.

England lose the line-out and give it to Hernandez 10 yards out and he casually puts the ball over for a drop-goal

England give away a penalty in their half for not moving away quick enough but Hernandez misses the kick.

The Pumas have the ball and England are struggling to get much of the ball so far.

Hernandez and Goode are having a kicking war until England get the advantage and Goode hits it forward into the Pumas 22.

Goode tries a cheeky grubber kick from the ruck but Argentina were offside and Goode can draw England level with his penalty in front of the posts

Goode converts. And Steffan Armitage wins the ball on the floor and England have the ball on the half way.

The Pumas come forward and England are keeping them at bay on the half-way but they give England a penalty for not releasing.

Goode misses from 49 metres. He hooked it wide.

Another awkward kick from Hernandez is kicked back up field by Goode which bounces horribly for the Pumas and reaches the Pumas 22.

Cueto takes a quick throw from the England 22 and Delon Armitage hits it forward for Banahan to chase and the Pumas knock-on.

Tom May makes a break on the half-way but England lose the ball and the Pumas give away a line-out in the England 22.

England win the lineout and Care hits it out from the scrum.

The Pumas come forward and are on the England 22.

Hernandez is in the pocket waiting for the drop but the Pumas give away a penalty and England have respite.

England come forward and get the ball from the 22 to Goode to drop kick from 40 yards and he converts.

An up-and-under is taken by Easter and Goode hits it up field as he Hernandez have another kicking war.

Goode chips one in for Tom May but he can't get to it and it's advantage England.

England have the put in for the scrum and England have a penalty. Goode has his chance to score his third kick from 30 metres.

Goode converts and England are starting to get into some sort of rhtymn in the game

Goode tries another kick but Hernandez gives it straight back.

Care takes one quickly from the scrum and Cueto kicks one forward for banahan to chase and Hernandez kicks to touch.

A nice move from the scrum sees Armitage chip one forward and Banahan Gets a nice bounce and pounces to put one under the posts.

Argentina take a quick penalty and England are caught napping and the Pumas have the ball on the five yard line.

The Pumas get the ball out of the scrum and Hernandez almost powers over the line.

Care comes forward quickly and throws it out wide and a suspicious forward pass goes unnoticed and Cueto keeps it in with his boot for Delon Armitage to score a try.

Banahan creates space for England by driving players out of the way. He looks powerful in this half.
