Newport-Gwent Dragons and Gloucester will be out to end their European campaigns on a high as they meet at Rodney Parade on Sunday.

The visitors handed Biarritz their first defeat of the campaign at Kingsholm last weekend, but have left their charge too late. A bonus-point win for Bryan Redpath's men could however technically secure a European Challenge Cup place should other results go their way, so they have motivation to ensure that they stick to their task.

Gareth Delve leads Gloucester, who make only one change from last weekend. England flanker Luke Narraway comes in at blindside, with Scotland's Alasdair Strokosch the man to miss out through injury. Nick Robinson starts at fly-half alongside Rory Lawson, grandson of the late Bill McLaren.

"It's a massive game for us as we have to get a win and then push for a bonus point," Redpath said. "Momentum is huge for any team and we've put a couple of performances together recently. But we won't disrespect the Dragons. They came up here and performed very well. It's a Wales v England situation and they'd love to have a dabble at us."

The Dragons suffered a late blow with Wales lock Luke Charteris forced to withdraw following a fitness test. His place alongside Hoani MacDonald is taken by Rob Sidoli, with Adam Jones coming on to the bench.

"Although Luke is very close to fitness, after consulting with medical staff this morning, the decision was taken that it is Luke's best interests to rest this weekend, particularly with the Six Nations campaign kicking off next week," Dragons manager Rob Beale said.
