Italy's Six Nations hopes have been boosted with a surprise return to fitness for Carlo Antonio del Fava. The Viadana lock was expected to miss at least a month of action after undergoing knee surgery but has been named in the Azzurri's 30-man squad to face Scotland in Rome on February 27. Also named in the squad is Rugby Roma fullback Paolo Buso, who won his sole cap two years ago as a replacement against Wales in Cardiff. Manoa Vosawai, Simone Favaro, Michele Sepe and Matteo Pratichetti are the other additions to the 24-man squad for Sunday's defeat to England.
