Gloucester have announced that they will face Fiji at Kingsholm on November 13.

In the past few seasons, Gloucester have faced Australia, Georgia, Ireland and Samoa and have also hosted Churchill Cup fixtures. But the latest match up will see the Pacific Islanders come to Gloucester after playing Russia and England. The Cherry and Whites have Akapusi Qera in their ranks while Apo Satala has also turned out for Gloucester in the past.

"Kingsholm is known, first and foremost, as the home of Gloucester Rugby," managing director Charles Ferguson said. "And we're very proud of our stadium.

"It will be a first visit here for Fiji and we're delighted to welcome them. I am very pleased to say that it has been designated an international match so the Fijians will be performing their haka before the game. It should be a great night, an occasion to remember."
