France have made four changes ahead of Saturday's Six Nations match against Ireland in Paris.

Philippe Saint-Andre has backed Jules Plisson at fly-half in their first four games of the championship but he is out of the matchday squad with Remi Tales preferred at No.10. Gael Fickou also gets a start as he is handed the No.12 jersey in place of Maxime Mermoz.

In the pack, Louis Picamoles starts at blindside replacing Sebastien Vahaamina with Dimitri Szarzewski getting the nod at hooker. Saint-Andre's side still have a chance of winning the title but realistically need a win over Ireland and for England to fall in Rome to Italy.

France:

Brice Dulin, Yoann Huget, Mathieu Bastareaud, Gael Fickou, Maxime Medard, Remi Tales Maxime Machenaud; Thomas Domingo, Dimitri Szarzewski, Nicolas Mas, Pascal Pape (Captain), Yoann Maestri, Louis Picamoles, Alexandre Lapandry, Damien Chouly
