Skinstad to lead new look Springboks

The Stormers' Bobby Skinstad will skipper a Springbok side featuring five new faces against Wales on Saturday in Bloemfontein.

Coach Rudolf Straeuli has named a side that shows 12 changes from the last Bok side named by former coach Harry Viljoen with the only three survivors being centre Andre Snyman, flank AJ Venter and lock Victor Matfield.

The side also sees a return from the international wilderness for hooker James Dalton and winger Stefan Terblanche.

The five new caps in the starting line-up are loosehead prop Daan Human, flank Warren Britz, scrum half Johannes Conradie, fly half Andre Pretorius and fullback Ricardo Loubscher.

There are four other new caps amongst the replacements.

The Stormers' Corne Krige was set to skipper the side but injured his ribs wrestling with Venter during training last week.
