Treviso fancy their chances
October 16, 2002

Alessandro Moscardi captained Rugby Treviso to a home win over Castres Olympique but expects the Parker Pen Challenge Cup Round 1 - Second Leg clash in France to be a major test.

"We're obviously satisfied with our victory over last year's Heineken Cup semi-finalists, but we know it will be different altogether when we go to Castres.

"We wer epleased with our game on Saturday - both sides produced a quality performance but every game has its own stroy to tell so we're not jumping any guns.

"We will try to improve our level of performance again and play to our potential.

"There is a 13-point margin but you can't go into a game with the view to keeping th epoints to a minimum - it doesn't work like that. You have to play to win and see where you stand at the end of the match.

"It is true that while we have had a number of wins in European competition, we haven;t yet gone into the next round. We will do our best but our only though at the moment is Saturday's game - we will think about what comes next after that. We are very determined to do well but there is no point looking beyond our next match at present."
