Ulster travel to face Bath at the Rec on Saturday with one eye on events at Murrayfield, where Edinburgh take on Stade Francais.

A win for the French side would see Ulster out of contention in Pool 4 and eyeing a place in the European Challenge Cup, even if they produce the goods and wrap up a bonus-point against their struggling hosts.

Chris Henry leads the Magners League side, who comfortably won the reverse fixture in the opening round. Stephen Ferris will hope to continue his good form ahead of the Six Nations while scrum-half Isaac Boss, wing Andrew Trimble and centre Paddy Wallace will all want a big performance after being named in the Ireland squad.

Bath have an experienced spine to their side, with Luke Watson starting at No.8, Danny Grewcock in the second-row and Michael Claassens and Nicky Little in at halfback.

"This game is like a cup final; it is literally win or bust. We have to go to Bath with confidence because we know from some of our performances and results this season, we need not fear anyone.

"There is a great buzz in the squad, mainly because everyone has bought into what was said a few months ago about wanting to be in the mix in Europe, right up until the last pool game. Everyone knows that this is it; we have to turn up and give it everything we have; only our best will do."
