A host of international stars returned to the Aviva Premiership stage at the weekend - but did any of them do enough to earn selection in our Team of the Week?

15. Mike Brown (Harlequins)

A tight call given Delon Armitage's try-scoring return for London Irish and Nick Abendanon's gutsy showing for Bath, but Brown showed good pace and invention from fullback against Gloucester and put in a shuddering try-saving tackle on Freddie Burns.

14. Chris Ashton (Northampton Saints)

The England speedster was back in the try-scoring habit as Northampton bounced back to top form against Wasps.

13. George Lowe (Harlequins)

Quins' strong-running centre bagged himself a brace against Gloucester at The Stoop which was due reward for a lively display that tormented the Cherry and Whites.

12. Anthony Allen (Leicester Tigers)

The Tigers centre notched what will surely be one of the tries of season against Bath at The Rec with his speed and skill proving too much for the Bath defence. And he also weighed in with more than his fair share of tackles.

11. Ugo Monye (Harlequins)

The Quins winger delivered a timely reminder of his electric pace and finishing pedigree to Martin Johnson as he scored a hat-trick in Harlequins' demolition of Gloucester.

10. Toby Flood (Leicester Tigers)

Flood grabbed two tries against Bath as he swiftly regained his composure after copping much criticism following England's defeat to Ireland in the Six Nations. Weighed in with a further two penalties and three conversions.

9. Ben Youngs (Leicester Tigers)

The young scrum-half rebounded from a nightmare display in Dublin for England with a Man of the Match performance in club colours as he created three tries for his team-mates.

1.Joe Marler (Harlequins)

The young loose-head prop terrorised Gloucester in the scrum throughout their match at the Stoop and made countless surging breaks around the fringes.

2. Joe Gray (Harlequins)

The Quins hooker took advantage of Matt Cairns' absence, accelerating onto Danny Care's pass to score his side's first try against Gloucester, and he maintained that level of ball-carrying menace throughout.

3. Brian Mujati (Northampton Saints)

The Springbok prop was amongst the tries against Wasps at Franklin's Gardens and was a key figure in a dominant Saints pack.

4. Courtney Lawes (Northampton Saints)

The Saints second row has been struggling for his best form of late but took a step in the right direction against Wasps with a man of the match showing including a notable tackle on Mark van Gisbergen that left a big impression.

5. George Robson (Harlequins)

The Harlequins lock returned to action following a hand injury and was a forceful presence throughout and capped a strong showing off with a swan dive into the corner for Quins' second try.

6. Tom Croft (Leicester Tigers)

The fleet-footed flanker was at his lung-bursting best against Bath at The Rec where he racked up an incredible 114m with ball in hand - an astounding effort that brought him two tries.

7. Steffon Armitage (London Irish)

The Exiles flanker upstaged his brother with two tries against Exeter Chiefs at the Madejski Stadium, taking finishing off a move started by Delon Armitage before barging over to grab a bonus-point try late on.

8. Nick Easter (Harlequins)

The England No.8 rose to the challenge of Gloucester's in-form Luke Narraway and those tipping Leicester's Thomas Waldrom for international honours with an excellent all-round display. A threat in the loose, he figured strongly at the lineout and scrum whilst regimenting Quins' defensive effort.
