Saracens were named the Aviva Club of the Year at the All Parliamentary Premiership Rugby Community Awards on Wednesday evening.

Saracens received the award for their community work which sees them reach out to over 70,000 young people each year. They have 27 community projects with 54 partner rugby clubs and it is the fourth time they have won the award. Elsewhere on the evening, Northampton Saints took the Innovation Award while Bristol Rugby won the Impact Award.

Premier Rugby CEO Mark McCafferty paid tribute to Saracens and the rest of the award winners saying: "At Premiership Rugby, we are very proud of our many and varied community programmes that take place across England and recently overseas in Brazil and New York, delivered through our Premiership Rugby clubs, they ensure our clubs are hubs of their local communities.
