The ESPN cameras will take in Gloucester's match with Sale with Bryan Redpath returning to Kingsholm for the first time since he resigned as the Cherry and White's head coach last season.

One man who will definitely not be turning out for Gloucester is second-row Alex Brown. The 33-year-old has undergone shoulder surgery and it is not clear when he will be fit to play again, but he will definitely be out for the remainder of the season.

Gloucester's ranks have been bolstered by the availability of Charlie Sharples and Jim Hamilton who were both on Test duty last weekend. The pair are both included with Sharples partnering Shane Monahan on the flanks while Hamilton lines up alongside Will James in the locks and Tom Savage shifts to blindside. And in other changes in the pack, Dan Murphy start at loosehead instead of Nick Wood and Sione Kalamafoni returns from injury to replace Ben Morgan who is on England duty.

Sale have also made a number of changes from the side that beat London Irish last weekend with Rob Miller replacing Cameron Shepherd at fullback while Will Addison and Sam Tuitupou form a new-look centre partnership. And in the front-row, Ross Harrison starts at loose-head alongside hooker Tommy Taylor. Andy Powell comes into the side at No.8 while Richie Vernon shifts to blindside with Dave Seymour at openside.

And elsewhere on Saturday, Northampton Saints entertain London Welsh at Franklin's Gardens. The Saints have made one change to their backline with Martin Roberts starting at scrum-half while Soane Tonga'uiha starts at loose-head with Brian Mujati getting the nod at tight-head. Courtney Lawes starts in the locks alongside Samu Manoa while Calum Clark skippers the side from blindside.

London Welsh have made nine changes ahead of the clash with Hudson Tonga'uiha returning to the centres where he'll partner Sonny Parker. And Tom Arscott starts at full back and Tyson Keats is named at scrum half. In the forwards Franck Montanella and Neil Briggs come back into the side, while Kirill Kulemin returns to the Welsh second row from international duty with Russia to partner captain Jonathan Mills. Ed Jackson, after returning to action against Gloucester, is named at openside flanker, with former Saints back row forward Daniel Browne at blindside. Adam Balding retains the number eight jersey.

On Sunday the ESPN cameras travel to Wasps to see their match against the Leicester Tigers. And the home side have been handed a double boost with both Joe Simpson and Nick Robinson returning to action. There is also good news in the back row with Jonathan Poff returning from injury to take the starting seven shirt, alongside Ashley Johnson at blindside and Billy Vunipola at eight. Phil Swainston will earn his first Premiership start, lining up in the front row alongside Tim Payne and T Rhys Thomas. James Cannon and Marco Wentzel start in the second row. Outside Simpson and Robinson, Chris Bell and Elliot Daly are paired in the centres, with flyers Christian Wade and Tom Varndell on the wings and captain Hugo Southwell at fullback.

The Tigers have also rung the changes with Anthony Allen and Thomas Waldrom going straight into the starting line-up on their return from England duty. Fellow England internationals George Chuter, Louis Deacon, Jordan Crane and Mathew Tait are also included in the Tigers line-up. Jonny Harris joins Chuter and Fraser Balmain in the Tigers front row with Dan Cole, Martin Castrogiovanni and Marcos Ayerza on international duty and Boris Stankovich suspended.

And the weekend's action is completed with Exeter Chiefs' trip to London Irish. Irish recall fullback Tom Homer, lock Bryn Evans and No.8 Chris Hala'ufia with the side currently having to cope without eight players on Test duty and a further eight players out injured. Exeter have rung the changes with Luke Arscott, Jack Nowell and Matt Jess forming the back three with Phil Dollman and Jason Shoemark in the centres. Gareth Steenson and Haydn Thomas form the half-back paring while Brett Sturgress, Chris Whitehead and Carl Rimmer are the front-row. Tom Hayes, James Hanks, Dean Mumm, James Scaysbrook and Richard Baxter complete the back-row.
