England No.8 Ben Morgan has been named on Gloucester's bench for their Aviva Premiership clash against Sale Sharks on Friday evening.

Gloucester travel to the Salford City Stadium on the back of their Amlin Challenge Cup defeat to Biarritz last Thursday and they will hope to return to winning ways against the Sharks. Coach Nigel Davies has made five changes for the match with Huia Edmonds, Dan Robson, Shane Monahan, Billy Twelvetrees and Rob Cook are all restored to the starting line up.

And on the bench No.8 Morgan is included as he looks to run out for the first time since picking up an ankle injury playing against Scotland in the Six Nations.

Sale drew 33-33 with London Irish in the last round and are now eight points above London Welsh who are at the foot of the table. A win on Friday would see them take a giant stride towards Premiership safety and they have opted to make a single change for the match with Will Addison replacing Charlie Amesbury on the flank.

On Saturday the ESPN cameras travel to the Twickenham Stoop to take in Harlequins' clash against Bath. Quins will be smarting from their Heineken Cup loss to Munster and have made four changes. Sam Smith starts on the left wing, partnering Mike Brown and Tom Williams in the back three. In the centres, Matt Hopper is named alongside George Lowe. In the forwards, Joe Gray starts at hooker, with Tom Guest partnering captain Chris Robshaw and Nick Easter in the back-row.

Bath have made a host of changes with Dave Attwood returning in the second-row and Ross Batty starting at hooker. Simon Taylor, Mat Gilbert and Francois Louw form the back-row while Michael Claassens and Stephen Donald get the nod at half-back. Semesa Rokoduguni is named at outside centre while Olly Woodburn, Horacio Agulla and Ollie Devoto are the back three.

The Exeter Chiefs are also in action as they host London Irish at Sandy Park. They make just a couple of changes from the team that beat Worcester a fortnight ago with Brett Sturgess returning in the front-row at the expense of Carl Rimmer, whilst Ben White is given the nod over Dave Ewers in the back-row. The Exiles make a few changes with Topsy Ojo and Jebb Sinclair getting the nod while Leo Halavatau starts at tight-head and Darren Allinson partners Ian Humphreys at half-back. Alex Corbisiero returns from injury to be named as a replacement.

On Sunday, London Welsh welcome Northampton Saints to the Kassam Stadium as they seek to avoid relegation. Gonzalo Tiesi misses the match due to injury with Tom Arscott coming into the side at No.15. Seb Jewell moves into the centres while Nick Scott gets the nod on the wing. For the Saints, Ken Pisi, Luther Burrell and Brian Mujati all start.

And Worcester Warriors are also in action as they travel to Saracens. Sarries have opted to make wholesale changes with Rhys Gill earning his 100th cap for the team currently leading the Premiership while Jacques Burger also starts. Elsewhere, Charlie Hodgson, John Smit, George Kruis, Mouritz Botha and Jackson Wray all come into the starting line-up with Owen Farrell, Schalk Brits, Steve Borthwick, Alistair Hargreaves and Ernst Joubert all rested. Chris Wyles and Alex Goode switch places in the starting XV and the replacement's bench as do Neil de Kock and Richard Wigglesworth.

The Warriors have changed two for the match with Danny Gray starting in place of Andy Goode and John Andress replacing Euan Murray who misses out due to religious reasons.

And the weekend's action is concluded at Welford Road with Leicester hosting Wasps. The Tigers have been forced to change one member of their front-row after Marcos Ayerza picked up a broken collarbone playing against Toulon. Logovi'i Mulipola starts in his place with Fraser Belmain named on the bench.

Wasps have been forced to make a host of alterations from the side that lost to Leinster with Marco Wentzel, Stephen Jones, Hugo Southwell, Phil Swainston, Tim Payne, Joe Launchbury and Andrea Masi all missing out. Charlie Hayter gets the nod in the centres alongside skipper Chris Bell with Nick Robinson and Charlie Davies lining up at half-back. Will Taylor and Zak Taulafo pack down in the front-row while James Cannon partners Tom Palmer in the locks. Ashley Johnson, Jonathan Poff and Billy Vunipola form their back-row.
