Northampton are without a host of their top players for the East Midlands derby clash with Leicester on Saturday.

With the Saints already assured of first place in the Aviva Premiership, Jim Mallinder has opted to rest a host of players. Samu Manoa, Calum Clark, Courtney Lawes, Stephen Myler and Tom Wood are all absent with Dylan Hartley and Christian Day named on the bench instead of the starting XV.

In their place Tom Stephenson, James Wilson, Alex Corbisiero, Mike Haywood, Salesi Ma'afu, Sam Dickinson and Jon Fisher all step up from last week's bench into the starting XV, with Dom Waldouck, Tom Collins, Teimana Harrison and James Craig all coming into the matchday 23.

While Northampton have secured a home semi-final, Leicester Tigers are chasing one of the last two spots for the play-offs. They will be vying for a spot alongside Exeter, who host Sale, and Saracens who are up against relegated London Welsh.
